Our six locations are located in unique, beautiful communities. Holland, Lansing, Troy, Hazel Park, Matteson and Phoenix offer great school options, various leisure activities and prosperous economies.
Holland, Michigan
Holland, Michigan is a picturesque town located along the shore of Lake Michigan. Known for its rich Dutch heritage, vibrant downtown area, and the famous Tulip Time festival, Holland makes the perfect community to settle into. Residents can enjoy shopping and eating in downtown Holland, purchase fresh local produce and artisan goods year round at the Holland Farmers Market, and experience the arts at the Holland Community Theatre. With Lake Michigan easily accessible, residents of Holland enjoy the beach often. Throughout winter residents look forward to the holiday Kerstmarkt and the Parade of Lights, as well as spending time at the Holland Ice Park. In addition to the small town charm, Grand Rapids sits less than an hour away, giving residents easy access to big city amenities like sport and concert venues.
Holland is the home of our Michigan headquarters, housing a large production facility and corporate offices. As of 2023, the Holland location has expanded to over double its original size by building a new multi-million square foot facility, generating new capability and hundreds of jobs.
Lansing, Michigan
Lansing, the Michigan state capitol, is known for its variety of restaurants, shopping opportunities, art galleries and outdoor recreation destinations. Residents can enjoy learning about state history at the Michigan History Museum, experience the outdoors at Hawk Island County Park, and buy fresh produce at one of the many local farmers markets. With Lansing’s centralized location, residents have access to other large cities within the state including Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor and Detroit all less than three hours away.
Home to one of our newer production facilities in the state, our Lansing location focuses on the production of batteries for both electric vehicles and energy storage systems (ESS), employing both production and office workers.
Troy, Michigan
Troy is located within Oakland County Michigan, only 25 miles north of downtown Detroit. Known for its historic neighborhoods, great school districts, and upscale shopping and dining, Troy is an excellent location to settle outside of the Detroit city center. Residents can enjoy time spent outdoors at the Stage Nature Center, access recreational programming like fitness classes through Troy Recreation, and participate in community events like crafting circles and reading programs through Troy Historic Village. With Detroit around the corner, residents have the opportunity to live quietly, while also taking advantage of the city’s attractions, like the Detroit Zoo, many live event venues, and the Detroit Institute of Arts.
Our first Michigan location, Troy’s Tech Center is home to research and development, as well as office staff.
Hazel Park, Michigan
Hazel Park is located within Oakland county on the outskirts of metro-Detroit. A small community, Hazel Park residents enjoy the comforts of small-town life with the perks of the big city only 11 miles away. Families benefit from the Hazel Park Promise, which offers all Hazel Park public school graduates a tuition-free associate’s degree. Living in Hazel Park, residents can enjoy time spent outdoors at Harding Park, get involved with the arts through the Hazel Park Arts Council and find community at the Hazel Park District Library. With a short travel distance to the Heart of Detroit, residents can find sporting events, museums, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the Detroit Zoo, the North America International Auto Show, and more.

Matteson, Illinois
Matteson, Illinois is a small village located within Cook County, Illinois. Only 26 miles south of downtown Chicago, Matteson is part of Chicago’s larger metropolitan area. Founded in 1885, and named after Illinois’ 10th governor Joel Aldrich Matteson. The town is known for its mix of residential neighborhoods, commercial space, and a rich historical significance from its origins as a railroad town.
Residents benefit from quiet suburban style living with easy access to the amenities that the larger city has to offer. With several railroad systems traveling through the area, residents have easy access to transportation both within the city and to destinations further south. Aside from exploring Chicago’s downtown area, residents can enjoy the Matteson Community Center, attend a live performance at Freedom Hall, or learn more about the deep history of the settlement through the Matteson Historical Society.
Phoenix, Arizona
Phoenix, the capital of Arizona, is the largest city within the state, and the 5th largest city in the United States. Located in the Salt River Valley within the larger Sonoran Desert, the city boasts a hot desert climate with an average of 211 sunny days per year. Aside from the warm weather, the city features endless options for entertainment, dining, and recreational activities.
Sports fans will be excited to hear that Phoenix hosts major sports teams in all four major professional leagues and has hosted the Super Bowl three times. Residents can explore nature at the Desert Botanical Gardens, hike within South Mountain Park, and learn more about wildlife at the Phoenix Zoo. For those looking to stay indoors, they can enjoy time spent at the Phoenix Ballet, Phoenix Art Museum, and the Arizona Opera Center.
